Stuffed Bell Peppers - A mixture of
seasoned lean ground beef, onions, garlic and a tomato sauce are
combined with rice and “stuffed” in the peppers.

Salisbury Steak - Seasoned
Beef Patties pan fried and served with a yummy gravy and garlic
mashed potatoes.
Chili: - Can be left
cooking in your crock pot ready to eat that night or we can
freeze the chili in a freezer bag and freeze it until you’d like
to have it. Served with cornbread and honey or jalapeño butter
Round Cuts &
Pot Roasts: - We’ll be
glad to fix these in your crock pot to have the day of our
cooking or we can freeze the item in a freezer bag for you to
reheat later in the week.
Traditional
Pot Roast - Seasoned &
Seared in a little oil , with all the fixin’s, Onions, Celery
and Carrots. Served over noodles.
Italian
Style Pot Roast - A seasoned
chuck roast, seared & left to simmer with Italian imported diced
tomatoes, rosemary, garlic, & fresh basil. Served with Italian
bread.
Mediterranean Pot Roast - With olives,
sun-dried tomatoes, balsamic vinegar & Italian herbs
Bloody Mary
Pot Roast - Chuck roast,
carrots, onions, and celery simmered in red wine, stock, and a
spicy tomato sauce. Served over rice or noodles.
Swiss Steak
- Tenderized
Top Round is dredged in seasoned flour with mustard and then
browned and simmered with savory vegetables.
Chef Doug’s
Beef Stroganoff - Stew meat
sautéed with mushrooms, onion and garlic then simmered in
consommé and sherry and served over egg noodles.
Hungarian
Goulash - In a sweet,
creamy Hungarian paprika sauce, full flavored and rich.

sirloin cut in cubes is simmered in a rich red burgundy sauce.
Served with French bread.
Steaks:
These can be cooked and refrigerated to reheat, but the best
result is to grill them yourself, they’ll be ready to grill on
the barbecue , in a grill pan, or in the oven.
