Pasta The following list is a sampling of what Chef Ricky Joe's Personal Chef Service can prepare for you. The suggestions in this list are customized to your specific taste and health needs. If you have any favorites that aren't on this list just let us know and we'll be glad to prepare them for you. We have a network of chefs who we share a library of thousands of recipes that aren't listed on the website so please don't be shy about asking us about other recipes.
Traditional lasagna –
the meat classic between layers of two sauces and cheeses.
Tortellini Prima Rosa - Tortellini topped with our Prima Rosa Sauce and your choice of prawns or chicken
Spinach Manicotti - Spinach Manicotti topped with a roasted red pepper cream sauce and fresh lump crab meat
Chefs Spaghetti and Meatballs - Spaghetti served with homemade meatballs made with fresh ground beef and pork flavored with Italian spices
Pasta Marinara - Fresh pasta tossed in a light tomato sauce flavored with garlic and onions, garnished with fresh chopped basil
Fettuccine with Chicken and Roasted Peppers - Roasted and peeled red peppers pureed with garlic and paired with pan-seared chicken
Linguini with White Clams - Traditional style served in a white wine and shallot sauce
Tagliatelle with Bolgonese Sauce - This famous Italian sauce is rich, meaty and not tomato-based. Made with ground beef & pork, hearty red wine, beef stock, garlic, onions, carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes, cream & seasonings, it is a wonderful rich sauce for this egg-based pasta.
Tomato & Sausage Risotto - This creamy, comforting pasta dish is a complete meal in itself with sweet or hot Italian sausage, tomatoes, shallots, spinach, dry white wine, rich butter and fresh parmesan cheese.
Baked Ravioli - Your choice of cheese ravioli baked in a zesty, homemade tomato sauce, smothered in mozzarella and baked until golden.
Fettuccine Alfredo - Oven roasted garlic and fresh parmesan in a cream sauce.
Linguini & Pan-Seared Scallops or Shrimp in Tomato-Cream Sauce - A touch of cream gives the slightly tangy sauce a silky-smooth finish. Be sure to serve this dish with bread so you can savor every drop of sauce.
Baked Ziti with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cheese - Tasty Italian Sausage, lean beef, garlic, onions, tomatoes and cheese.
Pasta Primavera - Beautiful, colorful fall vegetables and sun-dried tomatoes, stir-fried with fresh basil leaves and tossed in a parmesan cheese sauce.
Baked Rigatoni with Sausage, Mushrooms & Ricotta Cheese - Savory Italian sausage, sautéed mushrooms & red wine impart a spicy heat to this cheesy rigatoni.
Bow Tie Chicken Confetti - Tasty and very filling, this meal has chunks of grilled chicken, green pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, broth and cheese over bow-tie pasta.
Three Cheese Manicotti - Fantastic blend of cheeses, seasonings, rolled in soft Manicotti pasta and baked in tangy tomato sauce.
Stuffed Pasta Shells - Succulent pasta shells stuffed with spinach, herbs and ricotta cheese, then baked in a fresh tomato-basil sauce topped with mozzarella. Also available with meat stuffing.
Pasta Carbonara - This famous pasta dish was named for Italy ’s “carbonari”, charcoal makers! Pancetta, Parmigiano, eggs, cream, chopped thyme and tender peas over fresh spaghetti or linguini noodles.
