Chef Ricky Joe’s Personal Chef Service prepares all of your meals from scratch and without any preservatives or artificial flavor enhancers. Your meals will be significantly healthier than the selections available at your local grocery store or take out place.

Just compare the time spent in getting the weeks meals together. The planning, driving, shopping, waiting in line, cooking and cleaning up. When dining out, there is travel and wait time, gas, drinks, tip. It all adds up.

Having your own Personal Chef Service means you can enjoy a home cooked meal made from scratch customized to your personal preferences.

- Client consultation

- Personalized recipe research and menu planning

- Shopping for the freshest ingredients available

- Pantry items such as salt, pepper, herbs and spices

- In-home preparation of your meals, packaging, labeling, and storing

- We clean up after we are done and you’ll have a neat and tidy kitchen!

One-Pot Meals

An even more affordable service! One pot meals, such as stews and casseroles typically feed up to 4 people.

5 one-pot meals with 4 servings of each (20 servings) - $200

4 one-pot meals with 4 servings of each (16 servings) - $150

3 one-pot meals with 4 servings of each (12 servings) - $100

2 one-pot meals with 4 servings of each (8 servings) - $75

Other Costs:

Groceries and Containers. Groceries and containers are not included in package pricing.

Your grocery expense will be determined by the menu items you choose.

Container costs are determined by how you choose to have your meals packaged.

We can purchase Pyrex containers or use yours to save on container costs. Containers for the beginning of service usually run around $80

We strive to use fresh and organic ingredients. We shop at purveyors like: Fred Meyers, New Seasons, Trader Joes, Whole Foods and local farmers markets. Grocery costs vary from menu to menu and are added to your invoice each cooking session.

Payment

Payment of a grocery deposit and the Personal Chef Service fee is due one week in advance of the cook date. Any overpayment of the grocery deposit will be credited to the next session or refunded.

Cash, personal checks and credit card payments (credit card payments are accepted through PayPal).
